Senior Information Architect (IA)

Duck Creek Technologies is looking for a Senior Information Architect (IA) who will work with project teams to translate business needs and requirements into usable workflows that support the needs of our customer’s users. They interact with product management and project teams to create Web and desktop applications that are useful, useable, and desirable.

The best candidate for this position will have these essential skills:

  1. Fluent in prototyping and wireframing tools like Visio or Omnigraffle.
  2. 5+ years’ experience as an IA in the user experience field, with a focus on interface design (web or desktop) of large-scale enterprise applications.
  3. Significant experience developing interface wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, sitemaps, user interaction scenarios, personas, and style guides.
  4. Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology.

Field Engineer

Duck Creek Technologies is looking for a person with 5-10 years experience in software implementations and project management (or similar experience) in the software development arena to fill the position of Field Engineer (FE).  The Field Engineer is a service position; you are always serving an internal or external customer while meeting project deadlines. FEs work until their obligations are complete, sometimes resulting in unscheduled overtime. Must be willing to travel at least 25%.

The best candidates for this job have the essential skills that include:

  • 2+ years experience developing in industry standard programming languages (preferably .NET C#)
  • 2+ years experience in JavaScript, HTML, XML, XSLT, ASP, server-side and client-side script for browsers, Web services
  • 2+ years experience with database systems, SQL language and database design

Systems Analyst II

The best candidate for the systems analyst position will have a Bachelor’s degree in an area with analytic emphasis,  typically, computer science, math, accounting, or business, or equivalent industry experience.
