PlatformTraining

Duck Creek University (DCU) training provides everything your technical and business resources require to easily work with our policy administration solution, as well as all of its components. A transfer of knowledge helps to ensure a successful implementation of the solution both initially and ongoing.

Author training modules are designed to provide quick and flexible learning. In the basic training segment, your team will cover common functions used in our policy administration solution. A basic training manual is provided as a guide and each module includes a specific component of the total solution.

Technical training is facilitated by our specialized implementation team. The team consists of individuals that are skilled in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. During this training, your team will learn how to support the solution, as well as integrate it with existing applications and other components, including data services.

Advanced training classes are also available for those who would like to spend more time on specific requirements.

End-User Training

The Duck Creek University team will work with customer teams during the development cycle to create custom end-user training for applications. This training may include combinations of screen and procedure documentation, step-by-step training manuals, and on-line training modules with application simulations. DCU can provide instructors to train customer trainers to implement this training.

  • Provide employees with Platform expertise and the ability to deliver superior customer serrvice.
  • Provide a professional development track to enhance on-the-job performance.

Training Delivery

  • Classes are held each month in our Training Center and are open to all customers.
  • DCU trainers provide on-site training at the customer location.
  • Virtual classrooms, video conferencing, and e-meeting sessions can be scheduled to meet the specific needs of a customer.
  • The Duck Creek University Learning Center provides access to on-line training libraries on a range of topics to support live training events and to provide continuing education.
